Masterplanning is a key stage in the planning process of creating new 'Places'.  By establishing a high-level Development Framework, smaller individual phases can then be brought forward and delivered to contribute to the overall vision and strategy.

We are currently involved in the delivery of a number of 'New Towns' where the masterplan approach has been a critical stage in ensuring that the overall development integrates smaller neighbourhoods in a coherent way.
